Returns + Exchanges


In-Store Product Returns are accepted within 14 days for store credit, exchanges or refunds. Original tags must be attached and receipt must be presented at the time of return.  In-Store Botanical Returns are accepted within 7 days for store credit, exchanges or refunds. All sale items and workshops are final sale.

Online return policy: If you are not entirely satisfied with your online order, we are happy to refund full-priced items within 7 days of the date it was received. All items must be in the condition they were bought in, with all tags attached. In addition, a digital or printed receipt must accompany all returns.  Discretion will be used to determine whether the item was used or not. If deemed it is not in new condition when returned, the item will be returned to customer. All returns will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the item. 

If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery. 

All sale items are FINAL SALE, Miroja will not offer refunds or exchanges for these items.  Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
